On 17 December 2018, the Moscow International House of Music hosted a concert dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the HENDERSON Fashion House.

Ruben Harutyunyan, the founder and president of the HENDERSON Fashion House, and Grigory Kovalevsky, the director of the State Chamber Orchestra «‎Moscow Virtuosi», were the first to rise on stage. After the welcoming speech, the audience was in for a surprise – a performance by pianist Eric Berchaux, winner of several major music awards, including prizes at the M. Long international competitions in Paris and Chopin in Warsaw. For 15 years, Eric has performed on stage with a close friend of the HENDERSON brand, the legendary French chansonnier Charles Aznavour.

Then Maestro Vladimir Spivakov came on stage. Under his leadership, the Moscow Virtuosi performed works by W.A. Mozart, P.I. Tchaikovsky, A. Khachaturian, L. Boccherini, J. Gershwin and others. The orchestra was performed by Honoured Artist of Armenia Narek Hakhnazaryan (cello), Bolshoi Theatre soloist Anna Aglatova (soprano), as well as young scholarship holders of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation Mary Musinyan (canon) and Alexander Dolgov (saxophone). And before the concert, guests could admire an exhibition of artworks by the Foundation’s fellows.

In addition to the anniversary of the brand, in 2018 the HENDERSON Fashion House and the State Chamber Orchestra «‎Moscow Virtuosi» celebrated 5 years of cooperation. Since 2013, at all concerts, musicians have been performing in the costumes of the HENDERSON collection exclusively for Moscow Virtuosi, created to individual standards from the fabric of the Italian factory Vitale Barberis Canonico.
