During a tour of the North Caucasus Federal District, employees of the State Chamber Orchestra «Moscow Virtuosi» were honoured with high awards from the subjects of the Russian Federation.
Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Orchestra Vladimir Spivakov honorary titles were awarded «People’s Artist of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic» and «People’s Artist of the Republic of Dagestan», and also presented a medal of the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic «For outstanding achievements».
Orchestra Director Grigory Kovalevsky – honorary title «Honoured Artist of the Republic of Dagestan».
Artist of the orchestra Alexander Akimov – honorary title «Honoured Artist of the Republic of Dagestan».
Artist of the orchestra Vitaly Handras – honorary title «Honoured Artist of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic».
Artist of the orchestra George Caiu – honorary title «Honoured Artist of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic».
Head of the Art and Staging Department Vladimir Khusainov and orchestra artist Sergey Ovsyannikov have been awarded a badge of the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic «For cultural development».
The entire staff of the State Chamber Orchestra «Moscow Virtuosi» has been awarded Certificate of Honour from the Parliament of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic «for its significant contribution and high achievements in the field of culture» and Certificate of Honour of the Republic of Dagestan «for its great contribution to the development of music art and active social activities».
