Moscow Virtuosi brought works by Mozart and Shostakovich to the Middle Urals
“Moscow Virtuosi” at the Sverdlovsk Philharmonic: today an orchestra under the baton of People’s Artist Vladimir Spivakov performed in Ekaterinburg. World famous musicians performed works by Mozart, Shostakovich and Puccini.
The concert gathered a full audience, but there were even more spectators: seven hundred people from Ekaterinburg could join the seven hundred from all over the country – the concert was broadcast live on the official website of the Sverdlovsk Philharmonic. Here they believe that this approach helped to make music art more accessible to the widest range of audiences.
In addition, Moscow Virtuosi will perform in other cities in the region. A full house is also expected there – tickets have long been purchased.
Eduard Rossel, member of the Russian Federation Council: “When Spivakov came and other musicians came, the Philharmonic Hall was always there – you can’t get tickets. It is impossible to get here freely, even if you get these tickets in advance – our people are very musical in the Sverdlovsk region. And I have wonderful impressions.”
