  • The State Chamber Orchestra «Moscow Virtuosi» continues to give concerts as part of three season tickets and begins a new cycle of concerts in Moscow.

    Two more concerts will be held on the stage of the Moscow International House of Music as part of the subscriptions «Moscow Virtuosi» in the time machine». On 11 April the musicians will take the audience to the 20th century and introduce the music of Alfred Schnittke and Sergei Prokofiev. The final gala concert of the season ticket will take place on 21 May. The programme includes music by Astor Piazzolla and Andrei Makarevich, who will share the stage with the orchestra.

     

    There have been changes in the season ticket schedule on the stage of the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall: the final concert entitled «Virtuosi of Moscow. Today and Tomorrow» will be held not on April 20, but on June 17. Tickets are valid. The soloists will be young scholars of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation, and the Maestro himself will stand behind the conductor’s desk.

     

    Several more concerts from the series ‘Portraits of Composers’ will take place on the stage of the N.I. Sats Children’s Musical Theatre. On 10 March soloists of the Orchestra will perform music by Robert Schumann and Johannes Brahms, on 22 April – by M.I. Glinka, D. Lovrelio, N. Paganini and C.M. von Weber, and on 10 May – by Claude Debussy.

     

    The new season ticket, called «Face to face», will be held on the stage of the Palace on Yauza. It is a project of a new format: after a concert of the orchestra’s soloists, the audience will have the opportunity to continue to communicate with them in an informal setting. The first concert will take place on 30 March. The dates of the next performances will be announced additionally. Follow the updates to our poster.
