Deputy concertmaster of the cello group

Alexander Nepomniashchy was a student at the Music School of the Ural State Conservatory named after M. Gorky. He studied at the M.P. Musorgsky Urals State Conservatory in Ekaterinburg (class of Professor V.V. Klishin). In 2007 he graduated from the M.P. Mussorgsky Moscow State Institute of Music (class of Professor V.V. Klishin). In 2007 he graduated from the A.G. Schnittke Moscow State Institute of Music (class of Professor L.B. Evgrafov).

Alexander is a laureate of national and international competitions. Participant of various international festivals: «‎Moravian Autumn» (Brno, Czech Republic), «‎Primavera Classica» (Moscow), «‎Spring in Russia» (Moscow).

Since 2006 – artist of the State Chamber Orchestra «‎Moscow Virtuosi».

2002 – Laureate of the All-Russian violin and cellist competition in Perm

2013 – awarded a Certificate of Honour by the Administration of Kovrov (Vladimir region) for participation in the DobroFest festival in Kovrov and for active patronage of students of secondary music schools and for organizing master classes

2019 – Gratitude of the Head of the Moscow Department of Culture
