Concertmaster of the double bass group

Andrey Martynenko graduated in 2023 from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory with a red diploma (with distinction) and was nominated as the best graduate of the year.

In 2025, he successfully completed the Postgraduate Performance Course at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory in the class of Professor Rustem Gabdullin.

He has performed in various orchestras conducted by Mikhail Pletnev, Theodor Currentzis, Vladimir Yurovsky, Alexander Sladkovsky, Valery Polyansky, Alexander Rudin, Yuri Bashmet.

Since 2021, he has been an artist of the Moscow Virtuosi State Chamber Orchestra.
